"Conveniently located to everything Pensacola has to offer. Pool was very refreshing. Definitely note the stairs in the booking information. Unit extremely clean and well furnished. Microwave didn’t work—think the wicked weather (lightning) may have struck it. Neighbors very nice. Would definitely stay again"

"Newly remodeled and very clean property, supplied with everything needed in the kitchen, bedding, towels... However, the description is misleading since it doesn't mention the property being a mobile home. We realized the next day that mobile homes are the norm in the area, however, we arrived at night and did not expect the villa to be a mobile home."

"Stayed here for my daughters downtown wedding. It was perfect. Large space perfect for entertaining the wedding party and having hair and makeup done for all the ladies the day of. Sleeping more than 2 is an issue of comfort, plenty of room but only one bed. Bathrooms were clean and very nice The area is street noisy at night but it quiets down eventually. Parking is around the corner so loading and unloading are done on the street. Not an issue if you plan to walk around town. Kitchen was well...

"Very clean and spacious home, short distance to the ocean love walking down the pier. We will come back one day!"

"The house was as promised. There were 5 bedrooms and the beds were decent. There were no dressers of any kind in any of the bedrooms. There was one 2 drawer night stand in each room. No where to put luggage except on the bed. No where to store folding clothes except to leave in the luggage on the floor. There were 3 bathrooms and NONE of them had enough towel racks or hooks for wet towels. With 9 people as we had and bath towels and beach towels there was not enough hanging hooks or towel racks."

"Condo was beautiful! Had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the beach and pool immensely. Did a little fishing and caught the sunset on the pier a couple nights. Great vacation!"

"I’ll start with the good- it was the perfect spot for us for vacation. The property was very clean and had plenty for us to do. We walked to the water and played in the pool and stopped for ice cream a couple times. The setup was great! The mattress however was awful. I felt like I was sleeping in hole- mostly because I was. So that part was definitely a let down. I didn’t rest well the entire trip but otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would likely go back again one day! "
