“Owners are very good about communication. We had an unexpected issue we had to alert them about and they were very prompt with communication. The place is very nice, not too big and not too small. Perfect for a few people, especially if you'll be spending lots of time out of the house during the day. Enough room to enjoy comfortably, but not too much where it's excessive. We love the basement area. We booked this house last year and decided to go back again this year and we're glad we did!”

“The apartment was perfectly as described and VERY generous on space. The building itself did have us a bit concerned- the hallways to the apartments left a little to be desired in the cleanliness department- but the unit itself was very clean. I feel it would also be helpful to point out that while the listing says parking is available, it is street parking only or a paid lot, not private parking for the building.Host was openly communicative in a timely manner with all necessary info for check……

“The property could have been cleaner in the bedroom and bathroom but the location was good. I did contact the host letting her know we had to change the sheets due to them having a stain and she responded very quickly apologizing.”

“Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. We had something that needed fixing and he got it done immediately. I highly recommend!”

“Absolutely fantastic place with everything you could need for your stay. Host was super friendly and helpful. The place is decorated very thoughtfully and was ideal for the two us and our pets. We only stayed a night while passing through on our way home to Wisconsin from Virginia. However would visit again if the opportunity presents itself.”
