“Room was small but clean. However it didn’t have a refrigerator which I really want,but a room with a fridge was another $55, which I thought was excessive. To add insult to injury, they also didn’t provide ice which would have e enabled me to keep food somewhat cool.”

“Poor Service, rooms dated and damaged, lock and personal safety for room very poor, grounds and facility are not visually pleasing. The property is just damaged and dirty. I am a former citizen who visits my hometown. I would never stay again in this facility. I have stayed previously. They had no clue at the front desk of how I paid through Expedia. I had to show them that I had already been charged. Just a terrible experience.”

“We had short one night stay in Mazama. It was a super smooth check in process and we had no issues. We chose Mazama because of the close proximity to North Cascades. Would stay here again!”

“The entrance to property is hidden off of the main hwy. There’s no sin-age. Only a dirt road, There was no internet service even with the WiFi log in info. So nobody was able to use their phones. The shower is a tub/ shower cómo that requires you to take a large step in and out. Not good for elderly people or poeple with hip/knee problems. Towels did not smell clean. The kureg coffe maker did not work. The inside of the place itself is cute, but apparently you can’t wonder too far out into……
