When we went back downstairs to address it, we were told there were no other rooms available and that this was simply what we would get. The shower was extremely small—so much so that even as a petite person, I couldn’t comfortably close the glass doors while showering. There was barely any space for our carry-ons, and surprisingly, no phone in the room to contact the front desk. The walls are paper-thin—we were woken up in the middle of the night by a neighboring guest being sick. The breakfast was also a letdown, with stale and old food. While the view was nice, it didn’t make up for the overall experience. To top it off, the front desk staff (particularly the main woman downstairs) was unhelpful and rude. Overall, not a stay I would recommend."
