“First of all, this place is just gorgeous. The decor, cleanliness and cozy feel can't be beat. Yes, the lack of running water is challenging, but I had a warm shower each day and even managed to shave. Cooking, washing and showering just took longer. I wasn't in a rush. My only complaint is the incinerator toilet. I think my bladder is just too large, so caution there. Otherwise, it worked well. The communication was rapid and effective. I'd stay here again for sure!”

“Leslie was very welcoming, the cabin was very well furnished in a spare, beautiful way. The view of the mountains from the bed was a real treat, as was the deep Japanese hot tub.”

“Had a great stay. The original booking had a loft and wasn't handicap accessible, so we switched to another cabin on the property. The new cabin had a couple steps up, and a small front porch. A rail would have been nice, but we made it work. It was charming, cozy, warm, clean, quiet, and private with a nice bathroom and hot shower. The kitchen was great, I cooked breakfast and a roast chicken and baked some apple turnovers. We had a nice campfire under the stars. We had a nice view and enjoyed……

“This was an excellent, comfortable place for our non-profit members to split while participating at a Fort Ticonderoga event. The layout can't be beat for camaraderie but privacy, group decisions but breakout nooks, views but convenience. We all wished we could stay longer! ”
