“I tend to leave good reviews because I’m a positive person with low expectations. But this time…I’m serious. This place is EFFING amazing! I honestly hesitate to write this because I don’t want them to raise their rates. As someone who travels twice a month for work I really notice thoughtful touches. Like clear directions for the property in the room, coffee, fridge, counter space and a real usable closet. The square footage of a king room is bigger than an NYC 1 bedroom apt! And a rain shower?……

“I really enjoyed staying here. It is a real nice place to stay as a single or couple. Things are basic, and you have to climb stairs. Everything was very recently renovated and was new. It was one of the quietest stays I have had in NYC. Lots of restaurants all over the place within walking distance. (Restaurant row is like one block away)”
