“I had to walk through a huge Spider web to get through the door‼️The bench where I put my bags had dust and dirt. The bathroom counter was dirty. I wiped it down myself. I am dealing with a serious illness so this was not an ideal situation for me to rest in !!! I dislike writing negative comments, but you need to take pride in your property. The front desk manager was great and she really assisted me with my arrival . Carey is her name i believe!!”

“The check-in process is very combursome and confusing. The lockbox next to the fire extinguisher doesn't make sense when there are multiple fire extinguishers on site. If you advertise a sofa sleeper it should be made up or at the very least there should be sheets, pillows and blankets inside the unit. Fortunately, the Days in Staff was very helpful. ”
