“The service is good.”

“Very good value of money. Bus stop in front of hotel. A few bus routes to city. This is my second visit with my family. In the future will stay in this hotel.”

“Worst experience in UK! Elevator n key card not working, noisy room without sound proof at all! Bad housekeeping and dirty carpet! And bad reception except the checkout one!”

“A solid performer conveniently located near Haymarket Station (with an M&S!) for ease of train, tram and taxi travel.”

“The service of the lady at the Check-in counter was disappointing. She gave us an accessible room which we didn't ask for. As we only stay one night, we didn't request for a change of room and tolerated it.”

“This hotel looks amazing from the pictures but the stay is quite different. The property is quite old, and the rooms are an anex part of the property- not in the actual castle itself. Clean enough, staff was very friendly but a bit deceiving from what is shown here. Updates beyond needed”

“Good location and pool. Expensive parking. Small room with strange toilet( no where to wash hands if someone is showering at same time).”
