“We were looking to bring our anxiety-ridden, reactive and bitey dog with us for a test run road trip. This cottage was perfect to get out of town a couple hours away and give that a try! We are also massive nerds, so the decor was spot on for us. Hosts were great and helped out with the one issue we had in the kitchen. Overall fantastic and wonderfully quiet. We essentially road tripped to do a staycation and it was exactly what we needed!”

“My son and his family and I spent Labor Day Weekend in the cabin over the restaurant. It was exceptionally well equipped! Air fryer, crock pot, cast iron pan, extra everything like towels, linens, toothbrushes, and blankets was at our fingertips. The house was super clean and well decorated. The girls (7 and 4) loved all the games that were there and the adults cooked and relaxed on the deck. It was a great vacation!”

“Booked for a mini working vacation. Great cabin, nicely remodeled. Excellent views of the lake from inside or outside. Quiet neighborhood, low traffic volume was nice for an evening walk. There were a pair of canes who visited the lakeshore daily. Short drive to Sauk Rapids, stopped at Rollie’s for a bit to eat. Great food and friendly people. Also stopped at Rumors for some more good food and great people, only minutes away. Will definitely book again when in the area.”

“Overall: This property did exactly what it was meant to do- allow us to relax and enjoy eachothers company for a week! Cons of our stay though- The water is not swimmable, we had to travel to a near by lake to actually go swimming. The house did not include a table, so it was hard to play our card games. The kitchen included a breakfast bar with stools for eating meals but not great for playing games. The week that we stayed was the hottest of the year... no ones fault, just ended up that way.……

“We had a awesome time at this condo. Convenient pool, sand beach and playground for kids. There is boat rental on this lake (BJ's Bait & Tackle) and it's close enough to a town for any extra needs. “We rented the property to have a place for our families to gather to celebrate a graduation weekend. The cabin is spacious, clean, well cared for, beautiful, and comfortable. “We had a room that overlooked the indoor pool, which was a bit odd to be honest. And after reading some of the we were a tad nervous what the noise level was going to be. There was a baseball tournament happening in town, so the hotel was packed and they went to the pool both nights. Were they loud? Of course. Did it stop at 11pm? Yes it did.
