“This was our 4th time staying here, which says it all. Not sure there are any superlatives to add to how great the owners and house are. We did find an excellent Mexican grocery store this time in downtown Sun Prairie that has excellent tacos for lunch. This is a 5-star rental for sure.”

“We were in town visiting sick family and unfortunately spent most of our time at the hospital. The home was located within 15 mins of UW Hospital and many local restaurants and shopping. The home had plenty of bedrooms and space if traveling with a larger group. We did take our dog and though there isn’t much yard space the neighborhood is great for a walk. Very safe and quiet. The only negative to the house would be the stairs if anyone has mobility issues. You have to do stairs to get to……

“Our stay at the Pink Acorn was amazing! Kelly truly makes her guests feel welcome. She left a sweet note and lovely treats. The house is stocked with everything you need and was exceptionally clean. The beds are super comfortable and have nice cozy blankets. Am added bonus was seeing rabbits and chipmunks in the backyard. Kelly leaves directions to walk to the beach around the corner and it’s a must do…and make sure to grab some ice cream at the shop across from the park.”

“My friends and I (2 couples and a single) stayed here for a friend's wedding on the east side of Madison. The location was very convenient, with Uber rides into town at about $10. We also enjoyed the nearby Olbrich gardens and bike paths. The house itself is charming and has all amenities. It is a bit creaky so you'll hear every footstep of your housemates during the stay, but it wasn't too annoying.”

“This house was perfect for my extended family to meet up for a wedding in Sun Prairie. The home was spotless and there were so many extra touches that made our stay wonderful. Ex: daughter ended up with a hole in her dress and we were so happy to see there were little sewing kits left for our use. Also, Adam allowed us to access the home a couple of hours early. “This house was absolutely what we wanted. A nice quiet place to spend the evening while exploring the Wisconsin Dells area during the day. The view from the living area was peaceful and serene. Our son and daughter in law were staying with my husband and me. We had room enough that we were not tripping over each other or getting in each others way. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots pans, mixing bowls...everything you would have in your own home. If we ever decide to come back……

“My family loves this place! We stayed in the smaller house next door 3 years ago and came back because it is so peaceful. We live just an hour away so this is a perfect escape for a few days of "spring break". It is great just sitting in the hot tub and watching the birds on the river. We will hopefully come back!”
