“Always a fantastic time!!”

“The property was clean which was most important. However it is very old- historical- general upkeep is lacking chipped fury- thresholds damaged ceilings near vents dirty/ over all updates would go along way! Shower was great parking wasn’t bad steep narrow winding drive to get up to I would not attempt in the winter. Over all we would stay again as clean was most important”

“Our room was spacious!!! So close to All things around Madison. Breakfast was good. The building itself was just beautiful. We will definitely be back when we visit Madison again.”

“The hotel and room were clean, the key code worked perfectly, parking was a breeze, and there's a Dollar General right across the street (in case you've forgotten anything). But....the room stays pretty dark (dark walls and poor lighting). The floor is very uneven, making it feel like you're a little drunk when you walk on it. There's a microwave down the hall, but having one in the room would be a LOT more convenient. But, in our opinion, the biggest issue is the slippery bathroom (and shower)……

“Pros: Location was good across from river and next to a mostly closed downtown area. Check-in and price was great. Cons: Bathroom space and cleanliness ( dirty washable fingerprints and marks on walls) tiny size of room, long-term tenants with drama, the absolute dingy-est towels I’ve ever seen. I really didn’t even want to dry off with them. Otherwise served its purpose.”

“The beds were wonderful and comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. Could use a few glasses or utensils in the kitchen area. The property owner was very kind and helpful.”

“My stay was ok. I was on the second floor and it was a little loud with doors slamming, screaming kids, and loud talking. Floor in room appeared clean but was sticky when walked on and feet were completely black on bottom.”

“The cabin was perfect: remote location, clean, warm and cozy. The trails in the woods were a great escape and quite extensive and a fantastic sniff haven for a dog to explore. ”

“Very close to downtown restaurants and shopping. The trails out back were nice and relaxing to walk on. The property was quiet and relaxing. Perfect size for my wife and I and our 12 pound dog. The dog loved the trails and kept us busy on his walks.”

“The place was beautiful and well kept. Reasonably remote, you'll hear some lawnmowers but you won't see a neighbor unless you're actively trying to. Saw a lot of wildlife, rabbits, deer, butterflies. Electric, AC and gas were reliable and worked great. Wood stove looked so cozy, almost wish we didn't come during a heat wave so we could have enjoyed it. Wifi is spotty, so don't forget your LotR box set like I did, but to me thats more of a bonus amenity then a requirement for a remote……

“The cabin was really great; clean, comfortable, private, check-in and check-out were hassle-free, communication was done via text and she was easygoing. We didn't realize the loft had a lower ceiling so our teens had to duck when walking but they could sit comfortably on the beds. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!”
