“Let me start off with the staff a gentleman help me because I just needed to stay somewhere quick I went through my Expedia and I got a third-° from a worker and then he knew I was handicapped and he still didn’t give me a room next to the handicap spot if you check in and think you’re gonna use the pool, they close it at seven although since the room wasn’t very good, the beds were lopsided the desk and where the TV in the microwave were sticky. I had to wipe everything down the toilet was……

“I am still waiting for refund from issues. There was no manager on site on Sunday July 5th and I was told I would hear from the manager 2 days ago on Monday July 6th. We paid via Expedia and the hotel will need to refund us through Expedia (and arrange with Expedia). The AC did not work - we tried re-setting it as instructed and it remained at 81-82 degrees and musty. Photos taken. Sink was clogged upon arrival and did not drain - could not properly even brush teeth. Shower gurgled……
