“The rooms were really clean. So was the lobby and halls. The staff were all super nice and helpful. The inside of the hotel stinks. Smells like mildew. Had to sleep with window open. Broke out with allergic reaction. I’m allergic to mold. Other than that, it’s great!”

“As expected for the price. Check-in host was great. Room had used tissues in the tissue box, seal-broken and used hand lotion, a used Zicam on the nightstand, a broken Roku remote, no blanket, just a thin topper, and the neighbors were thumping their music so loud at 12am that we had the call the desk. Clerk was very nice and had the music stopped quickly. They do offer some staples for breakfast, but I wouldn't count on it being fulfilling. GREAT Mexican restaurant down the road, next to a……

“The hotel was fantastic and we really enjoyed staying here, our only complaint would be that food was regularly taken away a half hour before the breakfast cut off of 9:30. The cereal would be shut down, waffle batter, or gravy dumped, or waffle irons turned off. If breakfast ended at 9 we would be sure to come down with more time, but my family anticipated a 9:30 cutoff that wasn't followed.”

“Sheets were dirty,seen couple of roaches,didn’t have sufficient cookware. Bed was terrible because of big dip in middle of mattress. Couldn’t use oven because wasn’t any pans or pots to cook with only two small pots and two small frying pan, one big frying pan, plus oven door wouldn’t stay closed. So was no need to cook in the oven. WiFi was terrible. Wall sockets in big bedroom didn’t work where the lamps were. Only top half of the socket work. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not knowing what pool……

“Staff was “meh”. However, the property was great, Pools were great, rooms were great, and access to the beach was great. Upgraded staff would make this place perfect.”

“Property and All Staff were Excellent Housekeeping is terrible, always asking for towels never getting facial clothes. Come from golf and needed to shower before dinner always having to ask for towels”

“The location is quiet and beautiful. Lovely, clean property with staff keeping things nice all day. This is a very safe spot with on site security and helpful staff. The food at buckets bar and grill was delicious. Parking was easy. The beach was gorgeous and our teens lived all the different pools. The room was well appointed and extremely comfortable. Everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen. Tons of towels!”

“Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ……
