“I arrived with my family around 10pm, so you need go thru special night window. A gentleman with beautiful pink nails gave me a key to a room next to a big smoking dark party outside. There was not a chance I could even walk or pass by the party. It seems they live in this hotel. I requested a refund because I was scared. The nice gentleman gave me a room on a different side of the building telling me that I should be safe there. We couldn't sleep. ”

“Meh. I don't know where all the previous great reviews come from. It was cheap and there were no bed bugs,so that's the plus. Otherwise, it wasn't anything to write home about. But honestly I would stay there again because i'm not hard to satisfy.”

“Wonderful host to work with. Everything was clean and neat. Very well keep. Peaceful. Excellent place to stay if you have pets due to the outdoor atmosphere. Better than staying in a motel where they are not free to roam outside, even on a leash. Will definitely be renting from this place again. **********+ rating”

“Close to everything by car, safe neighborhood. It was like being at your grandparents home. The mustiness was a tad overwhelming at first an it was difficult to air out since the windows couldn’t open. But front and back doors did. It needs a little love and attention, yet it was reasonably priced. Could use new pillows. ”

“We stayed here while attending our son’s AAU basketball tournament, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. She graciously allowed us an early check-in and a late check-out, which was extremely helpful with our tournament schedule. Communication was excellent, and she made the entire process easy and stress-free. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. After a long day of basketball……

“We haven’t stayed at a lot of vrbos, etc. and the ones we’ve stayed at have been so-so. This place was the exception- everything was VERY good for what we needed.”

“Very poor experience. The house pictures don’t accurately show the dated and run down house. There are safety concerns also with the property having a lawyer’s office within the fences in the backyard. Don’t stay here. We left as soon as we got to the property and went to a hotel. We are seeking a refund.”
