“The hotel is in desperate need of TCL and is most certainly not worth the room rates they are charging. A 4 star hotel should not have multiple, large holes in the curtains or a toilet that runs for several minutes after being used. The lobby, halls, and lighting are worn and dated and the general layout of the hotel is strange and takes forever to navigate. If I had been blindfolded and dropped in the hotel I would have thought I was in an old 2 star Holiday Inn. Would not stay again.”
