"Clean, comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is perfect if you need to be close to train station (lots of luggage?). The lighting was a bit dim in the bathroom and bedroom and made it hard to see to put on makeup. Lack of charging ports. A great find
"This was our first trip to Florence. We did a lot of research but even with that you’re never really sure you found the right place. We chose Market Urban based on the reviews. This hotel is not in the center of everything but really close and we think that was a benefit. It is a short seven minute walk from the train station, 10 minutes to the Duomo, 15 minutes to Academia and 20 minutes to Ufuzi Lots of restaurants nearby. By USA standards the rooms are a bit small BUT we had a comfortable king bed and a modern bathroom. Most importantly the people who work there are super friendly and helpful with things like recommendations for restaurants directions tours etc. I want to specifically thank David, Nick, Roberto and Giovani. If you are from the USA you will appreciate the breakfast . Scrambled Eggs, bacon, pancakes, croissants, fruit and yes real American coffee "
