"The room is very dated and not well equipped like you would expect in even a cheap hotel. I couldn't find electrical outlets to charge phones in the room and had to use the outlets in restroom or closet. Breakfast was fine but the lady who prepared the breakfast was very rude. I think she also manages the property. I didn't know the downstairs restroom in the hallway was reserved for downstairs room only. It has no sign on the door so I used it quickly. "I went through so many reviews from hotels in LA and I was so scared because most of them had horrifying reviews I was planning a trip with my family and my mother. Lastly I came across this hotel and didn’t see reviews like the other hotels and do not regret staying here!!!!! I had such a great experience at The Omni in LA! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Check-in was quick and easy, and the lobby had such a clean, elegant feel. My room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with a bed that made it hard to want to get up in the morning. The location is perfect — close to so many great restaurants, attractions, and the arts district. The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the beautiful pool area to the fitness center, and the on-site dining was excellent. What really stood out was the level of service — everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It made the stay feel not just comfortable, but truly special. "The hotel was great! The room was very clean and had all necessary amenities. Wonderful staff and guests. The hallways were nice and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to be super close to the airport. There is a McDonald's next door, so if you're looking for a quick meal in the morning or night, that's your place to go! The hotel is located right on the main road so from time to time you will hear a loud car or motorcycle go by early morning or late night. If that doesn't bother you then this place is a great deal."
