Mt. Thielsen’s steep summit spire was formed via glacial erosion after the volcano ceased erupting. It’s seen here towering over Diamond Lake from neighboring volcano, Mt. Bailey. Bailey itself is much younger and as such is more rounded on the summit - it has not been as whittled by ice. Discoveries like these are why my husband and two dogs and I have been on the road for three months in our van! #adventure

"Great property with great amenities! I would recommend this location to anyone."

"My husband and I had a great time during our stay, it was a great getaway. The space was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen with the essentials. Laundry was available, as well as a few snacks were a great bonus too. Location is about an hour from the north entrance gate to Crater Lake NP, which makes a good base for summer activities there or other nearby lakes for recreation. Included WiFi was essential for planning our day as no cell service (T-Mobile) was present in the neighborhood....

"Only problem was the handicap shower. The water didn't stay in the shower and the drain was in the middle of the floor. So more than half the bathromm got wet. Clean great layout with the bathroom. "
