“My family and I had an amazing time! This was an extremely well-appointed house. Beautiful and comfortable living, dining, and bedroom furnishings. “House was just as advertised. It was perfect for our extended family vacation. Everyone had their own space and then had good common space for our group of 11. Was so great to be able to go to beach directly from house without having to “pack up” to go. Pool was also great for kiddos when they didn’t want to go to beach. “Great house with a great location, right on the beach. Can easily walk to pier park and an easy drive to most restaurants and shops. House was clean and as described. It was perfect for our family and very convenient have a second living room upstairs with the other 4 bedrooms. ”

“This house was perfectly located by the pool making it easily accessible. The house was neat and clean. There could be just a few more pots and pans for the kitchen. Overall 10/10. The property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. ”

“We loved our time at this beautiful property! We enjoyed having so many bedrooms to spread out and places to gather and hang. The host was always quick to respond with any issues we had and even sent us a nice 4th of July gift to enjoy! Our only surprise was the pool was smaller than what it looked like in the picture. But even with the smaller size of the pool we all enjoyed it! It was great for "kids" of all ages! We would definitely book there again!”

“This property is a true gem. It was a quick walk across the street to the beach access. Lots of shops/ restaurants/ coffee shops within walking distance. Plenty of space for a large group with room to park multiple cars. We truly enjoyed the extras this house offers that most do not. We grilled and played basketball on the back patio, this was prefect for the one rainy day we had. We played ping pong, connect four and watched movies in the game room. “Plenty of room for us. Great location and a very safe area. Literally less than 10 min to beach. Do not neglect the donut shop. Make sure to call in your order. Although the views are not astounding, everything else is great at this property. I would like to add that I didn’t understand that it was a three story or basement and two story property. It was good for us and kept us all a bit private from each other. The beach equipment was perfect and all we needed was a beach umbrella. ……

“Great location, very nicely furnished unit! Sapphire is at the east end of Dover Beach so not a lot of extra traffic walking through on the beach. It's also just a few blocks from a lot of restaurants at St. Lawrence Gap. Close enough for a short walk but far right away from any noise. The Dover Market is nearby for any grocery items but we also walked up the the Massy supermarket in Worthing. It was probably a 30 minute walk which let us scout out restaurants for the week.
