“It is a terrific home, very nice inside and well appointed. Bretton Woods is a very good management company as well. They are very attentive and communications are excellent. The only two improvements to this particular property that I would suggest is to get a new gas grill as the one there is in very bad shape, dirty and almost unusable. I would also recommend that the outside area be kept up better as the grass was very high and the area is unkept and could use a good weed-whacking. Other……

“This place was a dream. A quintessential New England cottage that had everything we needed: including a downstairs bedroom suite with its own bathroom, living, and hot tub! It was a big enough space where we could all be together, but spread out if needed. It looked quite literally brand new...so clean and modern as though it were built yesterday. I bet it is gorgeous in the summer, too! I would stay here again, for sure. Thanks!”

“Better than we expected! Home was spacious, beautiful, clean, comfortable, - had everything we all needed and then some! Communication was easy, quick - any/all questions answered in a timely and very friendly manner. The property was amazing! Even in May, when it's not always "beautiful" outside, this property was well maintained - trails are well marked and easy to traverse. Plenty of space in the yard (certainly big enough to throw a football!) - LOVED the gravel around the home - no mud……

“We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again! The location was peaceful and quaint, yet conveniently close to Littleton. The house was fully equipped with everything you need. Very pet friendly! Loved that they had a dog crate and pet beds available.Our only complaints are a television in the upstairs living room is needed, the water pressure was not great; especially if someone was washing clothes or running water somewhere else, and I felt it could have used a deep cleaning in……
