“Fantastic location, very close to the centre. Friendly and welcoming staff (all staff, from the front desk to the manager). The room was comfortable, clean, and it had an ice and water dispenser. The bar had a large selection of tequila and was open 24 hours. Continental breakfast was really good and the restaurant menu had options that satisfied everyone.”

“Cute little Mexican traditional hotel in a beautiful setting with kind staff. Has a restaurant on the premises, which I did not try and about a 10 minute walk to the Zocalo. My only criticism is that the bathroom was kind of small and the shower was a little bit awkward.”

“El estacionamiento no está cerca de las instalaciones del hotel. Planeamos salir temprano, pero no nos abrieron el estacionamiento a pesar de que una noche antes preguntamos si a esa hora podíamos sacar el vehículo; a lo que ellos quedaron muy formales de estar atentos para que pudiéramos sacar el vehículo. Perdimos tiempo en traslado al estacionamiento y tener que regresar al hotel para pedir que intervinieran para poder sacar el vehículo.”
