The rooms were spotless, the facilities throughout the resort were well maintained, and there were many activities for us to do at the resort.
There was a variety of food options — all of which were delicious. The staff also ensured our safety by keeping in mind any food allergies when serving us.
The staff was also very helpful in providing us information and activities around the resort and in planning excursions, like a day trip to Chichen Itza.

"It was a good place for the price. The rooms are very nice. Staff are amazing. Breakfast is pretty good. The only food option is the rooftop snack bar, it is open from 2:30-9:30. Good food at the snack bar. We had a nice ocean view from our room. Close to the airport which was great and not too far from the beach and restaurants, about a 20 minute ride depending on traffic. Uber responses were very fast. Nothing in walking distance. "

"My second time staying in this Hotel. The first time I came with a friend, this time I'm came with my 12 yr old son. If you're traveling with children this is the perfect place to be. 2 pools outside, 1 inside, and an adult pool on the 1st or 2nd level. They have waterslides, a zipline, rock walk, and mini golf. There is also a small night club for the adults as well as a Vegas like show"
"Great location, beautiful hotel just a bit outdated. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, mini fridge was not working, took 3 days to get it replaced as well as the iron. Beds were clean and comfortable, for an all inclusive Resort food can be a little better. However, over all was a good time. Pool was incredibly good, family oriented activities, live music outdoors was great & a Cigar Lounge onsite which I loved because I’m a cigar smoker."
