"The property was under construction, but that was not listed online. The buffet area was closed and relocated to the conference room area, How food was kept hot and cold was questionable. Overall the food was less than average. The tacos were the best option. Many places in Cancun have moved away from pool towel cards, but not this resort, which is annoying. Many people place their towels early in the am to reserve seats all day. This is annoying. We requested that our two room be connected so we could be connected to our children and they were unable to accommodate that. It was very stressful and my husband and I ended up sleeping in separate beds all vacation because the set up was not ideal. We wanted to come back to this resort cause we got married here in 2010, we thought a 20 year anniversary would be cool, but this validated that we will not be back."

"Clean and good location"

"When we checked in the lady at front desk didn’t tell us about nightly shows at the theatre, we missed 5 nights of it. Our teens were bored wish we knew sooner. The people who book experiences, the gentleman was amazing. He helped us book on Sunday in the afternoon. He needs a raise. We didn’t like the bed. Very uncomfortable left us with back pains. Pillows were terrible. Towels and blankets are very worn out. No robes in the bathroom. The property needs a Reno. Pool staff were fantastic, they made the stay good. David at the bar was amazing. Dinner Buffett was repeated several times and lacked taste. One waiter at the dinner Buffett was terrible. Seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He had a tattoo on his neck with glasses. Only wanted to wait on females. Manuel was amazing in the mornings for breakfast always offering extra, he needs a raise. Breakfast buffet was my husband’s favourite and Estefanie made the best omelets. I overall stay six out of 10. House keeping was good. Resort needs more activities by the pool, not only Saturday and Thursday. I don’t think we’ll be back to ROYAL SOLARIES BUT might try the Cribe. Overall stay. 6/10"

"Would not recommend. The rooms were extremely outdated. Paint was flaking off walls, outlets and light switches clearly hadn’t been cleaned long enough for dirt to buildup around them. The 4th floor smelled like dirty mop water for the entire trip. The sink wouldn’t drain properly. The food was possibly the worst I’ve had. Would definitely spend the extra 1k to go to a very nice all inclusive. "

"Se Que este review no hara que las personas dejen de visitar el hotel pero al menos sera un llamado a esas personas Que viajan con niños y por Que no en pareja o familia tambien. Mi esposo y yo hemos viajado a muchos paises del mundo y desde Que tenemos La Niña viajamos mucho MAs y les comento que en ningun lugar del mundo por mucho Que las cultural Sean diferentes nos hemos dentist tan mal como en el Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe. Para empezara es un hotel sobrevalorado, 3 Estrellas estaria bien para el. Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es el club de niños, las muchacha son Especiales y hacen muchas activists educative y divertidas a lo largo del dia. Contar las cosas malas Que tiene no pararia de escribir pero comenzando con Los empleados desde la recepcion hasta Los meseros, todos todos espantosamente mal educados, prevent roboses Que no Los puedes sacar de su zona de comfort, les haces o pides algo, y Estoy hablando de cosas simples como pedir Que nos sienten juntos en una mesa de 8 personas y te dicen Que las mesas disponibles (Flama restaurant) es para las personas Que pagan, al final te sientan pero siempre tienen el no primero y hacer pasar al cliente por el mal momento, cuando le pones la mala Cara y le preguntas el por Que entonces ahi te concedes lo Que quieres, Que como digo son cosas sencillas y nada fuera de lo coming. Las habitaciones mal cuidar y tenia q estar llamando para q dejaran agu."
