“Staff was very friendly very responsive! We didn't have air conditioning in our room although they were unable to fix it each time we called someone came right away. Resort is very clean and nice! Pool and beach are amazing!! Downside again we didn't have air conditioning thank goodness each night was cool enough to sleep with the sliding glass door open! “Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue. 1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416 The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay. In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick. I hope management address this issue for future guests. ”

“We loved the two bedrooms (separated by the living room), sitting on the porch and playing cards, and the easy free access to everything at the resort. Location is ground floor so no worries about falls or dropping things off the balcony, but you can still see the ocean! Laundry is in the unit.”

“The service was terrible. I left a jacket in the self-service restaurant, and an employee said they saw it, but when I inquired about it, there was no result. I even asked the front desk, but the jacket was simply gone. Although it wasn't worth much, I'm truly disappointed with this kind of service.”

"On my first day living in the sink, the water couldn't flow down, so I had to exert a lot of effort to open the sink! I live on the seventh floor and it happened to be raining and there were two leaks! I don't want to trouble them! I use trash cans and towels to keep out the water. The French food is too salty and the service is not good. There hasn't been anyone serving for half a day! All other dishes are good, except for French cuisine which is very salty!"
