El hotel esta super limpio, de hecho tiene varios certificados del limpieza, el personal es super lindo y amable y ofrecen el servicio de avistamiento de luciérnagas con transporte o sin transporte al lugar. Te hacen de comer y de cenar y hay un pequeño desayuno de pan con café, té o leche incluido, me encantó!!!!

Limpio, buen gusto y amabilidad
El lugar es ideal, para trasladarse a los santuarios de las Luciérnagas, relativamente cercano, esta impecable, buen gusto en su presentación, sencillo pero muy cómodo y todo el personal que nos atendió muy amables, se nota que se esmeran en dar un buen servicio a sus huéspedes. Ideal para regresar a descansar, después del avistamiento de la luciérnagas y poder disfrutar al siguiente día, un bonito recorrido por zócalo, visita al museo de la luciérnaga. Felicidades, sigan así.
