"The first room they put me in smelled a little like cigarette smoke, so they happily gave me another one. This room was comfortable and smelled good, and was quite adequate. There was a hole in the ceiling above the shower, but it didn't bother me much. Overall, decent value for the money, especially since it was within walking distance of my event."

"This place isn't for anyone looking for high class or service. DEFINITELY not in the best neighborhood, not clean at all, and they keep the ice chest outside, but if you're looking for something quick and cheap then this is your place, but don't walk around at night because it's definitely not safe"
