“Rachel’s Place is a unique cottage, with everything you could need. We happened to occupy the cottage directly during the terrible national storm. Since no one was registered to stay immediately after us, we extended our stay by one day to allow the road conditions to improve somewhat. “The cabin was a perfect combination of being modern and having an electric fireplace, TV, wifi and fridge/microwave and being right in the woods with views of the forest and feeling like a nature cabin getaway. We birdwatched from bed! The separate communal kitchen building was fully equipped, and the sauna and firepit are lovely options to have. We happened to stay during an ice storm, and the hosts had excellent communication and prioritized safety the entire time. ”
