“Excellent stay. ”

“The good: location, quiet building, well-lit unit, decent water pressure, air conditioners. The bad: extraordinarily poor value with subpar basic amenities (threadbare towels and sheets, no hand towel for bathroom, no dish towel for the kitchen, worn out and uncomfortable couch, stopped up tub/shower drain). Host communication was also very poor. Whoever manages the property never responded within a timely fashion via the VRBO app. Despite spending an extra 199 to check in at noon, instructions……

“The Host failed to provide any details regarding access to the property on the day of check in, despite my emailing them via the app several times. Then the host called me @4 on the day of the booking when we were en route to the property and tried to get me to cancel the booking on my end advancing an argument that he had a “maintenance” issue at the property. After being on the phone w a whole series of VRBO customer agents over the course of 2 hours, VRBO finally come up w an acceptable……

“Great location, walkable, safe and spacious. Host is very easy and quick to communicate.Communication can be improved on a few areas- no pull out coach as described. Appreciated late check out for a small fee but frustrating that our key card was not extended and the cleaners kept knocking and were not notified. However host was very quick to answer & remedy the issue. Lovely stay, would certainly stay again!”
