“Was as pictured. Could use updating of interior doors and painting refreshed on the walls. There was no air conditioning but the ceiling fans and window breeze helped. Didn’t realize it was above an active bar. Street parking can be a challenge. But overall I am pleased with my stay. The area was very walkable and the apartment was charming and the perfect size and set up for me. I would definitely stay there again. Host was responsive and thorough with communication. ”

“Kitchen was small and organized with utensils. AC was properly working fine but the hitting system was old and made noise overnight. The entire house was old and stairs made noise sound when i walked. I wouldn't choose this one again ever.”

“The house was in excellent shape- charming even! The game room was so much fun - loved the foosball and the window/door to the kitchen. The location was great. I loved the pond and waterfall behind the house. I loved how the kitchen was closed off with a door so early-risers didn’t wake up late-risers. We also appreciated an exception to the “no pets” rule. It cost a lot, 150, for the exception… but we really wanted this well-behaved pup with us! This was the perfect place for a family get away!……

“Although the property was pet friendly, there was a very strong odor of cat spray inside. There were also moldy dishes next to one of the beds. Unfortunately, my communication with the host was rather rude and dismissive. If you are looking for a place to stay, I would not be able to recommend this location. ”

“Great location in a fun neighborhood. Whole 2nd floor with lots of room. Smartly and tastefully decorated, with everything we needed. Would stay here again without hesitation. ”
