“Lovely home, absolutely charming and whimsical! The home was exactly as described in VRBO. It is in the heart of a charming neighborhood directly across a narrow quiet road from the Delaware River. There is a three tiered patio at the River that is part of the property and easily accessible. This home is a ten minute drive from the Washington Crossing State Parks and another 10 minute drive from Lambertville and New Hope. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, including a……

“A cool, unique place in the heart of Lambertville. Everything was as described. The beds were very comfy and there were so many special touches in the house. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Lambertville and New Hope. Great bike riding trail. Tom was an excellent host. We were there during record breaking heat and the air conditioner died. Tom had several new window units installed within hours and we were very comfortable. Highly recommend! ”

“Overall the stay was pleasant. However, for the price, I expected a few things that were not available. Because we stayed in the guest house in the basement, the house had a mold/dirt like smell. The rooms needed to be properly aired out before our arrival. Also, the temperature outside was relatively cold in the 40’s and the room was very cold and took a while to warm up after we raised the thermostat to 68 degrees. ”
