“the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach.
we enjoyed our pool very much !!
the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.”

“Location is amazing. So nice to be a few steps from Jungle Cafe! Pool and beach have great set ups. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Kitchen had cooking necessities. Only complaints (and hate to complain about paradise, but if this means a lot to you) was that sick sick? What’s going on? Yeah does anyone at home now? OK you can either use your phone or my phone to call her yeah, that’s fine. Let me just take your.”

“Breakfast was continental. Could order protein from the menu, which we did a couple times. We also had dinner one night and everyone’s meals were fantastic. An extra shout out of thanks to the front desk for assisting in finding us an “extra” private room to destress. And another shout out to all the staff, from security to cleaning. You made a beautiful stay spectacular. THANKS”
