But you may consider some tips before picking this hotel complex. 1- buildings are located far from lobby/restaurants. so, you will need a (free) cart ride to get there. The wait time for those carts was 15 to 45 minutes, depending on day and time. 2- The beach was not swimmable at this season. “We had a great stay at Palladium, staf is very friendly, our concierge Cielo and Karen were the best, they texted us every morning when they came at work if we needed anything and also again before leaving work. The food is the best on the buffets, you could find anything, delicious fresh food. The alacarte restaurants were amazing, just make sure you book ahead.
