"We used express check-in on the kiosk. It only took 3 minutes. It was amazing because the regular line was packed. That was very impressive. It took us awhile to find our room but when we did… OMG! The room was gorgeous and the bathroom was absolutely fabulous. We will definitely stay over and over again!"

"The hotel does not have microwaves in the rooms. There's no microwave available on the entire property for guests. I wanted to heat up water so I could feed my child. I use the hot water to heat up my breast milk. This is unacceptable that a well-established hotel would not provide guests with access to a microwave. Having access to a microwave in a hotel is a basic accommodation. I had to continuously buy hot water to heat up my milk. "
