"From when booked the Bristol hotel it was brilliant the reason for trip was present from my partner as had brought tickets for show for my birthday in January the was not till June hence the booking on arrival at the hotel was beautiful clean and smelt amazing the reception staff where very friendly and smiling which was so lovely to see Nachos assistant manager was fantastic very friendly and helpful welcome checked bags in the room was not quite ready but that was us as we had arrived early so we could have walk about Nachos was so lovely took our bags labelled nachos asked what plans we had for our stay explained this was for my 60;th birthday present the show as my birthday in January we went for walk around arrived back hotel Nachos was on desk said our room was ready had upgraded it which so amazing on arrival at the room it was beautiful everything again so clean and smelt beautiful had lovely note eith plate with happy birthday on it and beautiful bottle of prosecco I was overwhelmed we went fir drinks at the bar again the staff where friendly and helpful had bar meal it was amazing my partner had booked for Saturday at the riverside restaurant the food was outstanding and service brilliant will differently be back was amazing time "

"Lovely spacious room, staff were very friendly and helpful. Was great that there was an ice bucket on the first floor also apples by the lift, very handy if you need a quick snack. "

"Lovely hotel in an beautiful location on the prom. Walking distance to shops/restaurants/beach etc. Large car park with ample parking spaces. Only issue we came across was the TVs in our room had okay signal, but were a bit temperamental to start up and lacked a lot of channels. Other issue on the day was the lift was sadly not working, and we were on the 4th floor, so lots of walking! 😂"

"Needed an overnight M5 services “pit stop” on a long journey. This was a welcoming and friendly place to stop, lovely staff, homely reception area, some nice touches such as a book swap shelf, crockery and cutlery to use in the rooms. Would choose Sedgemoor again over other services hotels. "
