“Clean and nice rooms.”

“Older hotel, but nice clean rooms. You can hear everything in the hallway, but it was a quiet night. Breakfast was great. We were looking forward to the hot tub but it wasn’t very hot and the jets didn’t work. We still used it though.”

“The room was clean & the staff were eager to help, when available. However, there was no elevator (we must have overlooked that when booking), the pool was under maintenance (which we were hoping to use), they do not have around the clock staff…(we got locked out one morning when loading the car, and were unable to find anyone to help us get back in, even calling the number).”

“From check-in to check-out our stay at Glen Eyrie was impeccable. All of the staff persons were warm, friendly, and very helpful. The entire property was all perfectly manicured and clean. Couldn’t have expected a more perfect experience.”

“Dog friendly, which was very helpful and there’s a large field behind the hotel to take your dog. It’s perfect. Anyone that leaves a negative complaint is just crying. This is an amazing hotel for what the price is. You guys have to understand this is the cheapest hotel that pops up in the Springs and I have to say it’s very good for what the price is only negative I will say is there is nothing for breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and had no issues.”

“It was well maintained on the outside and the room seemed clean but had a terrible odor. Also we weren’t supplied with toilet paper or hand towels and no had to go buy them because front desk closed at 8pm. I also had to buy air freshener to tolerate the smell.”
