"Our room was clean (especially the bathroom), which we really appreciated. Other guests weren't loud and/or rowdy, which we've encountered in other Chicago hotels. The restaurant was very good; the bartender was very friendly and accommodating. The only problem was the air conditioner in our room - it was extremely loud and woke us up whenever it would come on. This made it difficult to get a good night's rest. Otherwise, we had a very good experience."

"Loved the location! It sits right off of the Magnificent Mile, so walking to where ever you want, is totally doable. Beds were very comfortable and clean. No fridge or microwave, but has kerig coffee pods. Our room was smaller than the norm, so 4 gals sharing the room, was interesting to say the least. Having a hot breakfast, not continental, to start the day is always a plus! Overall, I would recommend this Hotel for a visit to Chicago!!"
