"I got a pretty good rate for NYC, but it was a little bit of 'you get what you pay for'. The service and staff were great. However, I got a room on the 1st floor, and my window was right next to the compressor units. My room's A/C unit was old, inefficient, noisy, and had difficulty keeping the room cool. The bathroom is very small and some of the shower tiles were loose. Also, the shower wand was I think missing a washer because water was coming out everywhere. Luckily, I was able to divert all...
