"Hotel was under construction at the time of our stay. Very difficult to move in the lobby area. The room we stayed in was very uncomfortable. The air did not flow well through the room. The staff told us we could go to the top of the building for a sky view but when got up there. We were asked if we had reservations and we told them no. They seated us anyway. Then a few minutes later we were escorted out because we didn’t order anything. The manager told us that that area was for paying customers only. In my opinion I am a paying customers. I paid to stay there so I should be able to stay if I wanted too. I was very disappointed in our stay."
