"This is an awesome place to stay! We loved the location in the Old City and the decor and amenities were so great. We were happily surprised with the size and layout of this place. Wish we had stayed longer!"
"Stayed in this cute condo for 3 nights. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We found parking to be pretty easy. On a busy Friday night, we had to spend only 5 minutes searching for parking, and we found a spot right in front of the building. When we needed to call with a question regarding gym access, we got an immediate response. "
"This hotel was wonderful! We felt comfortable because it was clean, the maids did a wonderful job! The area is sort of a college town, bars, and such. It has a good vibe but our view was of the alleyway and saw a few weird things outside. But the inside was great and so were the employees, speedy check in included!"
"We really enjoyed the property. Great location. Very well stocked. Clean and pretty. The free parking next to the property was a huge. Great restaurants, coffee shops, Gay St and Market Square within walking distance. "
Cumberland House Knoxville, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

"Everyone was super helpful and nice. The valets took extra care of my vehicle. They were helpful in giving info about the area. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The only downside was one of the lamps on the right side of the bed didn’t work. I normally sleep on that side. Bed was large. It was comfortable. I had a great view of Neyland Stadium and the campus. I’d stay here again. Wish they had soda and snack machines. The gift shop had coke products only. "
"Well situated in Old Town Knoxville near Gay Street and Market Square with many options for restaurants and shops. Convenient to UT for college visit. Very clean condo with TN character and foosball was a fun bonus. Management was very responsive when called regarding access issue which was quickly resolved. We did hear the train but not a deal breaker. Would stay again. "
"Loft was as described and photographed. Spent 3 nights with no issues. Very walkable to everything in town which was a huge benefit. Would stay here again. "
"We loved everything about this condo. Comfortable, beautifully decorated. I wanted to take the cozy comforter from the brick bedroom with me, but I resisted the urge. Kitchen had everthing we needed EXCEPT dark roast K-cups. Next time we will bring those with us. There were plenty of other K-cups to choose from. My husband RAVED about the shower. We will plan to stay here next time we are in town, if we can get a booking."

"I was shocked at how expensive hotels in Knoxville were but this place was a great choice. Walking distance to lots of atteactions and restaurants. We loved the black pearl in market square. Great historical building. "
"It was a quick work trip. But the loft is super nice, easy to access and has a pay parking lot directly across the street. It was 32ish dollars for 24 hours. You will have to carry your bags/suitcase upstairs. The bed I slept in was comfortable. I’d easily rent again for future trips to Knoxville."
"This house was great for entertaining family and friends who were also in town for graduation. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, check-in and other communication very easy. We hope to be back sooon!"
"I consider myself blessed to have found this lovely studio apartment. If you are looking for a spotless comfortable safe place for two in a great area you have found it! They also provide anything you need from snacks coffee and fresh clean towels! The host was very kind and responsive to any need I had. You are located right in the Old City which has wonderful restaurants bars and cute shops. This area is also just a short U er to the campus. This was my first stay but I will definitely be back! Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality!"
"My fiance and I came in for the night to have a date night before going to the UT baseball game the next afternoon. It was a great location and exactly what we needed for 2 people. It was exactly as described in the listing and was perfect for a food/drink tour of the old city. We loved this stay and will definitely be booking again in the future!"
