“This freshly retrofit, nostalgically Route 66 motel is super cute, with an amazing staff and great atmosphere! It does not hurt that the lobby turns into an event venue with live music and a free drink for patrons. They couldn't be more welcoming, accommodating or fun. Ignore older reviews, this place has a new retro look and the nicest staff possible!”

“The location of the hotel is great and the ambiance is excellent in the common areas. The property has ample parking.The front desk clerk was short and didn’t go over the amenities of the hotel until we inquired. We asked about level 5 and the associate said the restaurant should be able to accommodate us but took no further steps to help us? We decided to go somewhere else. The staff in general didn’t acknowledge us or greet us throughout our stay—it was very odd. The room was nice but a bit……

“I love the softest pillows and clean sheets every day of my stay there. I wish there were complimentary bottled water as well as breakfasts. ”

“Breakfast menu for Rewards members was extensive. Only gripe about food was the potatoes in the burritos, which were overdone with a hard crust. ”

“The parking situation was absolutely awful and the front desk person was incredibly rude and dry. Our entire interaction at check in was about 20 words total. On our check out day, I asked for the cost of a late check out and they declined which was fine, but they told me “do you not know how many people have requested late check out today? We will not be granting any more.” I replied I didn’t know because I don’t work there and was just inquiring. The room was fine and clean, just the people……
