"Only there for 1 night. The rooms were clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating for my special request. The only negative was the parking, since it's the same parking deck as the casino."

"It was just so very comfortable & wonderful to stay at the Delaney! :-) Staff very warm, friendly, accommodating. We were on way to Jimmy Dore show at Academy of Music, but had time to enjoy a delicious cocktail at bar. While did not eat at restaurant, would dine next time just by looks of food! Hot breakfast superb–w/ lots of variety & nutritional choices, including fresh fruit & very tasty chickpea salad, & tended by hard-working staff - they deserve a RAISE! Love the beautiful flowers everywhere on grounds & in firepit area. Only constructive comment is main hotel decor is schizophrenic. Would be much nicer/ more beautiful if completely updated to contemporary rustic! Would also be consistent with Berkshire/Northampton vibe! In room, loved rustic wood table, wood framed round mirror, sweet (not garish or overbearing) art on the wall; comfortable white bed linens, & sturdy, attractive throw rugs (Room 213). But furniture did not match. Too many clashing styles in the décor throughout hotel, like the stodgy halls (carpeting, furniture, mirrors) & main lobby. Lobby entrance is stately impressive at first glance, but not necessarily inviting - closer feel reveals outdated overly formal design, w/ ugly fake leather couches. Restaurant, on other hand, had very together design & appearance w/ inviting ambience, entrance of hanging wysteria. Why Mulino’s Italian restaurant not recommended? Overall, we loved our stay & would stay again when in Northampton area! Thank you! :-) "

"We stayed in Hilton in Garden in Springfield for our daughter’s graduation at UMass Amherst. The hotel with simply amazing. The accommodations were great - each room had a microwave in it. If you get a rate that includes breakfast, I highly recommend you get it. You can order from the menu or eat from the buffet - both are included in your rate and the breakfast was fantastic. There is a Pizzeria Uno attached to the hotel, there’s a pool in the hotel and each member of the staff was so helpful and accommodating. One of the best hotels we stayed in a while."
