"Great family resort. The whole staff was super friendly and welcoming. I did the spa and recommended a massage by the ocean. The kids water area was closed during our stay which was a bummer but the kids still had a blast."

"Staff was friendly. Food was good. Beach water wasn't great some of the days but that was because of the hurricane and cleared up after. Not the resorts fault. Drinks didn't feel watered down. Plenty of friendly people to talk to."

"The fully renovated property is amazing. Staff- special thanks to Mara at the district bar, Ana the supervisor, Jesus at the Sakura restaurant, Romano at the Mezcal bar, Guadeloupe at house keeping and the good lady at the Capuchino station. These people went out of their way to connect with guests and make your stay memorable. All other staff were excellent. Don’t, get swayed by any negative comments Food and restaurants- amazing Entertainment at nights can be better. It is amazing for Spanish speaking guests otherwise it is below average. I wish the planners can mix it up with performances in English or keep separate timings. It is funny that all guests don’t pay in Pesos. The hotel does need us to pay in Dollars and staff want tips in dollars so they need to make conscious efforts to make this change. Yes, the white party is fun and there you see an effort to mix the music and songs appealing to the younger crowd. Not every guest is in their 20s and 30s That is only part that is always lacking."

"We had a wonderful experience at Moon Palace! The resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our vacation. What truly made our stay special was the staff. They were welcoming, attentive, and took the time to make sure our needs were met. We really appreciated their kindness and the effort they put into making us feel comfortable and cared for. We left with beautiful memories and plenty of reasons to smile. Thank you to the Moon Palace team for helping make our vacation such an enjoyable experience!"
