“Immaculate room, friendly and responsive staff, excellent location.”

“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

“The stay we had was unfortunately quite unsatisfactory overall, and this was mainly because of the following specific issues we encountered: * The advertised hot buffet breakfast was, unfortunately, not available. * The room we were assigned was left unclean by the previous guest, leaving trash under the furniture. * Housekeeping was not provided on any of our daily requests. * There was no hot tub available for use. *The pool was in rather poor condition and did not provide towels. *……

“Breakfast is a lot of carbs(waffles, toast, bagel, cereal), so not a hot breakfast. They have wi-fi, but it is so throttled as to be useless. I had to use my phone hotspot. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was hot.”
