“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“The rooms were lutron equipped for lighting, drapes, etc. Forrest it was a little too ersatz. We typically stay at the Roosevelt, which is older and more refined. The restaurant in the hotel has views of the Mississippi river and outstanding food a fair amount of gluten-free options for brunch.”

The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from everything in the French Quarter while still feeling quiet and tucked away when you return for the night. The courtyard and pool area give the place a relaxed, classic New Orleans feel. “Extremely close to the convention center, refrigerator did not work in my unit, the washer and dryer were fine and convenient. Mice and a hornet were noticed in the room. Kill the Hornet but those mice were fast”
