“The hotel reached out prior to our arrival to ask if we had special requests. Communication was wonderful throughout the stay, with text messages offering housekeeping service when we still had our do not disturb light selected (no hanging paper signs on the doors here!) The linens were quite nice and crisp, and the selection of pillows was wonderful. I found the mattress a bit firm for my preference and they added a mattress topper. The room was beautiful, spacious, serene, spotless, and……

Plus one of my favorite restaurants below the Inn, the Copper Vine, delicious food with gluten free options as well as great wine options & cocktails. Definitely a great place to stay & dine!”

The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”
