“Well located and pretty run down”

“Great location, easy paid parking, great ownership & communication. ”

“It said it slept three but the couch to sleep on was not well maintained and could only be used while intact as a couch. Not very comfortable for our grown son!”

“Spare but well appointed and immaculate apartment in a retro-fitted old industrial space. The hallways are sky-lighted and light-filled and airy; our room was a bit dark, but had a great view over Broad Street. It's next to Quirk. The bed was heaven.”

“This is truly located in the “Heart” of the Arts District in RVA. The condo is a comfortable and clean space with huge windows to watch the city move below. We were able to walk to everything we had planned therefore we used the daily parking behind the building for a minimal cost. We enjoyed staying in this little oasis in the middle of the city! ”

“Laundry is a plus, although it wasn't needed on our stay. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Mark and his staff were very easy to communicate with. ”
