“Everything is good”

“The water park is a nice feature, but closes at 6 we didn’t realize until our last night that there are other smaller pools throughout the property that stay open later. It’s an older property and doesn’t feel luxe, but the beds were fine and the onsite restaurant/bar was great for quick, casual dining.”

“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“All resort staff are excellent, including restaurant!”

“The location is beautiful around and we stayed in winter, there was a fireplace downstairs and our room had a balcony with a view of the hill next to it.”

“The spa was relaxing. Just for awareness you would have to pay a separate fee to use the spa amenities ”

“Lovely resort in terms of location, facilities, and very relaxed atmosphere. For a resort with the reputation of The Boulders, I would have expected the service to be better and more consistent. While we met some truly excellent people, there were a number who were just doing a good job and lacked a bit of energy and desire to go the extra mile. The room also needed a little love, with a few dings in the door, chipped paint work etc. Overall, we would definitely come back, but probably only……
