“Expedia did not inform me that the hotel was under construction. The view from my room was of several piles of dirt and the whole area being dug up for a pool. I was not informed that there was no pool available and no breakfast room because that was also under construction. There were plenty of rooms available on the other side to put me instead of putting me with the piles of dirt. There are no microwave in the rooms at all anymore. I will say the room was very clean and very comfortable. I……

“Absolutely wonderful stay at Parkview Lodge & Cabins! My boyfriend and I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. They were thoughtful enough to offer us extra towels and even provided water, which made us feel so well taken care of. What really stood out to us was how accommodating and helpful everyone was. “Property was closer to the road and other buildings than expected although it is nice enough inside. The bathroom was large and lovely in the suite. However, the amenities and staff were sub par, especially given thepl premium price tag. The wi Fi didn’t work, the staff interrupted to check it but never actually fixed it, the plumbing stopped up and when you try to access staff, you just find a note on the lobby door that says be back soon. The phone in the room didn’t work and was reported but……

“The property was nice. There were no onsite food options, or even coffee. There was not desk to work at. This hotel is not for the business traveler. It would be a great place to vacation and relax. It has a kitchen, small stove and fridge so you could fend for yourself. The area is beautiful but the roads leading to it have a lot of switchbacks.”
