"We were granted a 2 hour early check in. Once we arrived (we traveled 300 miles to get there) the cabin was a disgusting mess. We immediately contacted the owners and they were surprised it hadn’t been cleaned. He contacted their cleaners and they went over there to start cleaning. We had to wait in the cold for three and a half hours for them to clean the cabin. We were told that we would receive 1 night free for our inconvenience. We only received a 100 credit. The manager claimed that check...
