"The rooms were good, customer service was great. Did not get a chance to check out the restaurant in the hotel, but heard it was good. Everyone was friendly. Vallet was easy and allowed you to come and go. Very central, easy to get to Union Station if needed to get to and from the airport. "

"Staff was great, room was super clean and comfortable although very dark (they need more interior lighting). The included breakfast was also very tasty!"

"Stars are for the staff and food! Staff very nice and helpful. The food very good. Enjoyed the history of the building/property. The rooms were small and difficult to control the temperature. All the doors to the rooms have large gaps so you can hear absolutely everything in adjoining rooms and hallway. Very unpleasant and not at all restful. Amenities were adequete. "
