"We didn’t get to stay long because of the amount of rain that dumped on central Texas it flooded the rivers, which was not anyones fault. But the place was great. Cute perfect for our family and we will be going back to enjoy our stay. The owner was super helpful and communicated great with us during our stay. "

"We rented this location for our softball team, and it was definitely worth it. It was spacious with many rooms and plenty of space inside and outside to accommodate all of us. The kitchen area has two large tables to accommodate large parties comfortably and the A/C for this Texas weather was great. It’s an older, but comfortable house to accommodate your large parties and the location is not far from the highway and close to everything you need, but also far enough for quiet time to enjoy and relax. There is a large parking area, but be aware that the more people, the space becomes limited after so many cars, so ensure guests park tightly. Also, the owner is very nice, accommodating, and quick to respond if you experience any issues. I recommend this property to large parties who want to be able to create great memories. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. Just an FYI…Please remember that this is a river house rental in TEXAS and you most likely will experience some wildlife or bugs which can be expected. So please refrain from complaining about the uncontrollable or stop by your local store to bring bug control spray. "

"This home was perfect for our cousin trip. The many bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchenettes gave everyone ample space to call their own. We loved having a guest house to use also. The private access to the river in our backyard made it super fun to spend the days and the huge fire pit was perfect for starry nights (and s'mores!). "

"Great location! Close to lots of things so we were never bored.We really enjoyed the backyard. The kids fished and used the pool. We did not swim in the lake, but I think we could have.Check in and out were easy, no complications. We would definitely rent it again."
